What exactly counts as a returning client?
Someone the house has already looked after, which means a previous booking that went ahead in the same thread. It is not about how many times, or how recently, as long as the earlier booking can still be seen. Booking conversations are deleted twelve months after their last message, so after a longer gap there may be nothing to check against.
Which booking do I pay entirely at the door?
One kind only: a session of one or two hours, booked on the same day, at an address in central Amsterdam, by a returning client. The whole figure is settled when she arrives. Everything else takes half ahead.
What else keeps the deposit for a regular?
An overnight, two therapists, a Schiphol or airport hotel room, a peak date such as King's Day, Pride, the Amsterdam Dance Event, the stretch from Christmas to New Year or a large conference week, and any session of three hours or more. Each of these carries half ahead whoever books it.
Do rates change for regulars?
No. One hour is 180 euros for one guest, ninety minutes 270, two hours 360, three hours 540 and the overnight 1,250. Couples and two therapist bookings follow the other columns of the same card. Nothing moves for loyalty, for the hour or for the day of the week.
Is the arrival window any shorter for a regular?
No. From the moment the booking is agreed she needs forty to sixty minutes to reach a central address, on the tenth booking exactly as on the first. Schiphol hotels are arranged separately, with the journey time agreed first.
Can I book the same woman as last time?
Put her name in the message; the answer says if she is working on your date. She may have changed her hours since your last trip or may no longer be working with the house, and the reply says that plainly too. If she is not free, it says who is, and the choice is yours.
The profile photographs look different from last time. Is it the same woman?
Photographs are replaced from time to time, so the pictures on a profile may change while the woman does not. Every photograph is of the woman whose profile it is, published with her agreement.
How is the deposit paid, when there is one?
By card, or by Revolut, Wise or crypto, to details given only in the confirmed thread. Never by bank transfer or PayPal. The balance is settled at the door, in euros or in cash in another major currency at a figure confirmed in writing beforehand.
What happens if I cancel a booking with a deposit?
Cancel with more than a day to spare and every euro of the deposit is returned. Inside the last twenty-four hours, before she has set out, half of it is kept and half returned. Cancel after she has set out and the deposit stays with the house in full. If the hour is taken by someone else, it comes back in full.
Can I move a booking to a later trip?
One move is free if it is asked for more than twenty-four hours before the booked time and the new date falls within fourteen days. A move to a trip further away than that is treated as a cancellation on the notice scale, and a new booking is made for the later trip.
I have a new phone number since my last visit. Does that matter?
It can. The house recognises a returning client through the earlier thread, and a new number starts a new one. Say in your first line that you have booked before and roughly when, and the reply will tell you whether the earlier booking can be found.
Can the session take place at an apartment instead of a hotel?
Yes. A rented apartment or a private address in central Amsterdam works exactly as a hotel room does, with the same arrival window and the same rates.
Is there anything I should have ready?
The room warm and a lamp on, your phone within hearing, and a photo document in case she asks for it. Nobody under twenty-one may be in the room.
I have booked here three times. Why am I asked for a deposit for next Friday?
Because the booking is being made more than twenty-four hours before it starts, and that carries half ahead for every guest, however many times they have booked. Ninety minutes at 270 euros means 135 ahead and 135 at the door. The one booking a returning client pays entirely on arrival is a same-day hour or two at an address in the city. Had you written on Friday itself for the same ninety minutes, nothing would have gone ahead.
I paid 180 euros ahead for two hours tonight and my meeting is running late. If I cancel now, what do I get back?
If she has not yet set out, half the deposit, 90 euros, is kept as fee already earned and 90 is returned. If she is already on her way, the 180 is kept, unless someone else takes the hour, in which case it is returned in full. If you can show the loss to the house was smaller than what it kept, only that smaller figure is kept. Had you written more than twenty-four hours ahead, all 180 would have come back.
I booked a same-day hour with nothing paid ahead and now I cannot make it. Do I owe anything?
Nothing, provided she has not yet set out for your address. If she has already left, you pay the part of the fee her journey represents and nothing further. There is no deposit on that booking, so the notice scale for deposits does not apply to it.
I have booked with the same woman before. Does she still set the limits on the next visit?
Yes, every time, and a previous evening does not carry anything forward. She names her limits at the start of each visit in her own words, and what she said last trip is not a promise about this one. She may turn down a booking before she sets out or at the door, without giving a reason, and she may end a visit at any point. If a limit she has named is pushed, the visit stops there: the fee for the reserved time is still due and nothing further is added. The terms put the same rule formally.
She checked my identification last time. Can she ask again?
She can, and a returning guest should expect it now and then. Everyone who books and everyone else in the room must be twenty-one or over, and a photo document is the simple way to show it at the door. She glances at it and hands it straight back; nothing is copied, photographed or noted. If anyone in the room cannot show they are twenty-one or over, she leaves before the session begins.
